Wines, Potstill Brandies & Liqueurs of the Green Kalahari

When the Orange River flood plain at Dyason's Klip was cleared to plant the first vines, the mineral-rich granite came up with the soil: river-valley bedrock a little over a billion years old, lying too shallow to leave. The boulders blasted out to make way for new roots became the cellar walls, about a metre thick, which is why the building holds its own cool without a single machine. The granite that enriches the fruit of the vine also became the room that keeps it.

Everything here is made on the estate: boutique wines, award‑winning potstill brandies, and family-recipe liqueurs made from our own spirit, most of them infused with lemons, strawberries or dates grown on the farm. It is all naturally produced from organic fruit, using traditional methods.

We deliver across South Africa, or you can taste the full range at our Tasting Room. A family tradition of bold, fresh flavours, four generations in the making.

If something here caught your eye, take it home. And if you are ever on the N14 between Upington and Keimoes, turn in... the cellar is cool whatever the day is doing outside, and the door is always open. Either way, everybody is welcome at our table.
