From Upington (N14)
  • Head out of Upington on the N14 toward Keimoes.
  • Stay on the N14 for about 22 km.
    Look out for the brown tourism signs with Bezalel on your left
  • Turn left at the sign and enter through our main gate which consists of a large granite structure with the word "Bezalel"in big white letters - follow the gravel road through our vineyards for 1 km until you reach the cellar buildings and parking area.

From Keimoes (N14)
  • Take the N14 toward Upington.
    Continue for roughly 18 km.
  • You’ll see the brown tourism sign with Bezalel on your left and the gate on your right.
  • Turn right at the sign and enter through our main gate which consists of a large granite strucutre with two flags - follow the gravel road through our vineyards for 1 km until you reach the cellar buildings and parking area.

From Augrabies Falls National Park
  • Leave the park and head toward Kakamas.
  • From Kakamas, take the N14 toward Upington.
  • Stay on the N14 for about 35–40 minutes.
  • About half way between Keimoes and Upington, look for the brown tourism sign with Bezalel on your left and the entrance on your right.
  • Turn right at the sign and enter through our main gate which consists of a large granite strucutre with two flags - follow the gravel road through our vineyards for 1 km until you reach the cellar buildings and parking area.

From Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park
  • Drive from the park toward Upington (via Askham).
  • Once you reach Upington, join the N14 toward Keimoes.
  • Continue for about 22 km.

  • Take the N14 toward Aggenys and Pofadder.
  • At Pofadder, continue on the N14 toward Upington.

Q: How do I get to Bezalel Wine & Brandy Estate?

A: Bezalel Wine & Brandy Estate is easy to find as our main entrance is situated on the N14-highway between the Green Kalahari towns of Upington and Keimoes in the Northern Cape of South Africa.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NAVIGATION NOTE: Please enter via our Main Gate on the N14. Some GPS units may incorrectly attempt to route you via an unneccessary gravel road or through Bloemsmond. Please ignore these detours and stay on the N14 until you see our signage.

Q: What are your opening hours?

A: We are open Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, and Sundays from 09:00 to 17:00. This applies to both the Tasting Room and The Farm Kitchen Garden Café.

We are open on all publich holidays with the exception of Good Friday and Christmas Day.

Q: Is Bezalel Estate family-friendly?

A: Yes! The Farm Kitchen Garden Café offers a relaxed garden setting with plenty of space for children, and our menu caters to families. We aim to be a welcoming stop for travelers on the N14.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Yes, we are a pet-friendly estate. Leashed pets are welcome in our outdoor garden areas and at the restaurant. Our Country House accommodation is also pet-friendly by arrangement.

Q: Do you offer accommodation?

A: Yes. We offer the self-catering Bezalel Estate Country House (perfect for families or groups of up to 8) and our Garden Rooms (King and Queen units) for couples or solo travelers. All units are located on the estate.

Q: Do you deliver wine and brandy?

A: Yes, we deliver our handcrafted wines and potstill brandies nationwide across South Africa. You can order directly through our online shop.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to your door.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Some items — such as alcohol, food, perishables, and sale items — are not eligible for return. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly assist. Contact us with your order number and details, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Do you ship alcohol nationwide?

Yes — we ship alcohol across South Africa, subject to legal age verification and regional restrictions. An adult (18+) must be available to receive the delivery.

Do I need to show ID when purchasing or receiving alcohol?

Yes — by law, alcohol may only be sold or delivered to individuals 18 or older. Couriers may request ID upon delivery.

Do you ship alcohol to all provinces?

Yes we ship to all nine provinces and to any valid street address in South Africa.

Can I order your products as a gift for someone else?

Yes — you can send our products as a gift, but the recipient must be 18 or older to receive alcohol deliveries.

Are pets allowed on the estate grounds?

Pets are welcome in designated outdoor areas, provided they are leashed and supervised at all times.

Are pets allowed in the Tasting Room?

Well‑behaved pets are welcome in certain areas of the Tasting Room. Please bring a leash and check with our team on arrival. If they become a distirbunce to other guests we request that you remove them form the Tasting Room.

Are there any areas where pets are not permitted?

Yes — for safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in production areas, kitchens, or restricted zones.
