Shipping

Processing Times

  • Orders are packed with care at our estate and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • During peak seasons, new product launches, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.

Delivery Options

We ship nationwide across South Africa using reliable courier partners.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days depending on your location.

  • Outlying Areas: May require an additional 1–3 business days.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey from our farm to your door.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

  • Free delivery may apply for orders above a certain value when promotions are active.

Local Collection (Optional)

If you’re nearby, you’re welcome to collect your order directly from the estate. Collection is by appointment only to ensure your parcel is ready and someone is available to assist.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product is defective or damaged on arrival.

  • You received the wrong item.

Non‑Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Food items

  • Alcoholic beverages (wine, brandy, spirits) unless faulty.

  • Perishable goods

  • Sale or clearance items

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank.

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange, we’ll arrange it as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability.
