What is the return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly assist and make it right.
For safety and compliance reasons, some items cannot be returned. These include:
- Food products
- Alcoholic beverages (wine, brandy, spirits) unless faulty.
- Perishable goods
- Sale or clearance items
To start a return, email us with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Depending on your bank, Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’ll arrange it as quickly as possible, depending on stock availability.
